Namami Shambhum Purusham Puranam
Namami Sarvajnam Aparabhavam
Namami Rudram Prabhum Akshayam Tam

I bow to Shambhu, the ancient eternal being,
I bow to the all-knowing one beyond all downfall,
I bow to Rudra, the deathless lord who never fades,
I bow my head before Sharva again and again.

Namami Devam Paramavyayantam
Umapatim Lokagurum Namami
Namami Daridrya Vidaranam Tam
Namami Rogapaharam Namami

I bow to the supreme divine, endless and unchanging,
I bow to the lord of Uma, the teacher of the world,
I bow to the one who removes poverty and suffering,
I bow to the healer who takes away all illness.
