The ten-headed Ravana grew frightened,
So he sent Kaalnemi to block Hanuman’s path.

He hoped Hanuman would stop upon hearing the Lord’s name.

Ravana believed Kaalnemi would kill Hanuman through deceit.
That was his plan.
But with a single mighty blow,
Bajrangi tore the demon apart and hurled him away.

Come, Ravana, send every obstacle you can.

Without wasting a moment, he reached Dronagiri.
Unable to identify the Sanjeevani herb,

And uprooted the entire mountain with one hand.

Not a single drop of sweat touched his forehead.
Not a wrinkle appeared upon his face.
With a mace in one hand and a mountain in the other,
His smile never faded.

Maruti sped through the skies with the speed of the wind.
Within moments he reached Lanka.
He saved Lakshman’s life,
And once again the glory of Lord Ram resounded everywhere.

Lord Ram joyfully embraced Hanuman,
Deeply grateful to His wise and devoted servant.
The physician immediately prepared the remedy,
And Lakshman rose happily back to life.
